-UPS is liable for loss or damage, at no extra cost, for up to $100.00 for each domestic package.

-Please apply credits to your payments and note them on your attached ledger. ACH and credit cards can be credited upon your permission when automatic payments are taken out.

What happens when I pay an invoice late?

-First, please call the office to discuss missing payments so we can work with you. All invoices not paid within terms are subject to a 1.5% (18% per anum) finance charge each month.
