Product Fulfillment

We try to keep items in stock at optimal levels but, sometimes, extenuating circumstances prevent us from being able to fulfill your order as requested. Keep the following in mind when placing an order for items with a low inventory:

  • We will periodically substitute a comparable item to the one that you tried to order. The idea is that you probably just need something to fix a bike at your shop and a substitute will complement your business needs as well as the originally requested item.
  • If a substitute item is not acceptable for your needs, you are under NO OBLIGATION to keep it. You can feel free to return it to Olympic Supply or your sales rep.

If by chance you order the wrong item yourself, and it is not what you need, we will work with you to get you the right product.

When ordering from the internet or the catalog, please check the DESCRIPTION and NOT THE IMAGE. Sometimes, images are generic to show a representation of the product and not the actual product. If you get the wrong product because you ordered off the picture, we cannot be held responsible for the error. We will be more than happy to get you the right product though.

Add-Ons

As a general rule, please try and get your add-ons in as soon as possible. There is a very strong possibility that it will ship separately and you may incur the extra charge.

Drop Shipping to Customer

Drop shipping is generally acceptable. We help by getting a product to a customer in need. Sending larger freight directly can help defer shipping costs from products sold on B2C sites. Call your sales rep to discuss options for your needs.

Drop Shipping from Vendor

Drop shipping for special orders and bulk buying is acceptable. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice unless noted by the vendor. All lead times are based on the vendor.

Pallet Shipping

Standard pallets are 48” x 40”. Standard pallets can hold up to 4,600lbs.

Estimate: 15 Adult Bikes or 10 Fat Bikes fits 1 pallet

Bill of Lading – The bill of lading is a required document to move a freight shipment. The bill of lading (BOL) works as a receipt of freight services, a contract between a freight carrier and shipper and a document of title. The bill of lading is a legally binding document providing the driver and the carrier all the details needed to process the freight shipment and invoice it correctly. When you book a shipment with us, the freight bill of lading is automatically generated based on the shipment details. A copy of it should be attached to the packaged freight.
